We Wanted To Create a Home that Appealed to All & was Like No Other

Mark and Jodie began their journey with Project Lakeview with a clear goal – design and build a display home that would demonstrate their skills and creativity as custom home builders, a home that others had not seen in the region before.

They wanted to create a unique home that showcased innovative building design and materials, and they aimed to design every room to be a showstopper and include features that would appeal to more than one decision maker in a typical couple or family buyer.

Project Lakeview was designed to suit an entertainers lifestyle, with multiple open plan zones for gathering, eating, relaxing, and entertaining. It featured high ceilings, a very large and open living area, a spacious outdoor entertaining area with a pool, generous sized bedrooms, and a shed for storing materials, equipment, and vehicles. The kitchen was a major focal point and included a walk-in pantry and wine rack with ample space for cooking and creating meals for many.

Success would mean fetching a great sale price at Auction and perhaps even winning an award.
