Nestled in the East Toowoomba, a classic colonial style house on Eton Street was due for an extension. Passed on through the family, owner Ashley wanted to personalise the home and make it suited for him and his brothers lifestyle. Originally from Killarney, Qld, Ashley entrusted Mark and the team to balance preserving the existing style of the home while adding a new laundry, bathroom, master bedroom, outdoor entertaining area, and a pool for a few people.

This small classic 3 bedroom property has been fully transformed. The project involved expanding the lounge, adding a walk-in laundry, a main bathroom, and a master bedroom with an ensuite. The highlight, however, is the outdoor living area and pool, transforming the space into an oasis for relaxing or entertaining. The team’s meticulous approach is evident in every detail, from the repurposed floorboards from an old Killarney church to the carefully selected modern VJ board, ensuring the extension complements the original structure’s character.
