A One Of A Kind Home Renovation

When the client Josh approached Hughes Elite Builders with the goal of renovating and extending his existing home in Spring Creek Valley, Killarney, Qld to feel like a resort all year round. Mark and the Hughes Elite team knew they had a unique challenge on their hands. Josh wanted a home that was one of a kind for the area, with a striking appearance and a front facade that would make a statement.

Drawing inspiration from properties in more resort-heavy areas like Yamba, Mark put together a design that incorporated modern, clean lines and squared or block shapes. The result of this major house renovation and extension project was a home that included an additional main bedroom and ensuite, a spa deck area, and extensions to the kitchen, living room, and two additional bedrooms.
